The database provides tribal attributes of the political elite of Kyrgyzstan, mainly localized to the leaders of the main branches of the state and government. Based on the data, an attempt is made to analyze the relationship between tribal attributes and regime stability, state building, etc., as well as the dynamics of changes in this relationship after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
